A green hard-covered book with gilt writing on the spine. There is a signature and date on inside pages that appears to be Sept 20th 1865. There is also a newspaper article cut out and dated 6.12.52 about this book. No DJ the book is in good condition considering its age. The spine has a small tear at the top and chipping on the front part of the spine and rubbing at the bottom. The inside cover pages are showing browning, otherwise the book is in good condition.
